We are pleased to release our 2025 Sustainability Report, which highlights another year of progress in advancing environmental stewardship, supporting communities, and fostering an inclusive workplace across our global operations.
At TecTriu, sustainability is not an add-on but a core driver of long-term value creation. We operate with a clear sense of responsibility toward all stakeholders, guided by open dialogue, shared objectives, and the belief that trust is built through consistency. This principle is reflected in how our customers describe us: “people who deliver on their promises”. We take pride in this recognition, as this characteristic defines every relationship we build.
Energy Efficiency and Clean Energy Expansion
Our sustainability initiatives focus on reducing carbon dioxide emissions, increasing the use of renewable energy, and expanding on-site power generation capacity across our facilities.
In 2025, we further enhanced the energy efficiency of our production processes as part of our ongoing sustainability efforts. Through the adoption of CE-certified, low-energy-consumption equipment, including advanced injection molding presses and anthropomorphic robots, we reduced the environmental footprint of our energy-intensive molding and painting operations.
These efforts yielded tangible results. Energy consumption intensity decreased by 3.6% compared with 2024, reflecting the effectiveness of our ongoing efficiency initiatives.
Supported by an installed capacity of 3.1 MWp, our photovoltaic systems generated 2.11 GWh of renewable electricity, meeting approximately 16% of the Group’s energy needs. In 2026, we target over 3 GWh of self-generated power, which is expected to provide around 22% of the Group’s total energy consumption. This reinforces our commitment to increasing energy independence and reducing our carbon footprint.
Overall, 70% of TecTriu’s energy mix originated from renewable sources in 2025, reducing reliance on fossil fuels and supporting a lower-carbon energy profile. As a result, Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions decreased by 7.4% compared with 2024, underscoring the impact of our sustainability strategy.
In 2025, TecTriu also conducted its first Scope 3 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions assessment. This was an important milestone in developing a more comprehensive understanding of the climate impacts of its value chain. Based on currently available data and internationally recognized calculation methodologies, the assessment identified cumulative Scope 3 emissions of 35,543 tonnes of CO₂e.

Community Engagement and Social Responsibility
At TecTriu, we believe that technology and innovation must go hand in hand with social responsibility. In 2025, our entities across Romania and Mexico demonstrated how compassion and community involvement remain central to our values.
Romania: “Magic of the Gift” Project
The second edition of the “Magic of the Gift” project was carried out by our Romania entity team during November and December 2025. It continued a tradition of solidarity and compassion. The team received heartfelt letters from children in Burdusaci, Bacău County, who excelled academically despite financial challenges.
Through this initiative, TecTriu transformed their modest wishes into reality, delivering gifts that carried a message of encouragement and hope. This project exemplifies how small acts of kindness can create lasting impact, and conveys our commitment to supporting vulnerable communities.
Mexico: Sustainability in Action
Throughout 2025, the Mexico entity continued to strengthen our commitment to social responsibility, environmental stewardship, and community engagement through a series of impactful initiatives. These efforts were recognized with a Sustainability Project Award from the French Chamber of Commerce.
Key community and environmental initiatives undertaken by the Mexico entity included:
- Implementing a reforestation project in Amealco, contributing to the restoration of an area previously affected by fire
- Celebrating Youth Day together with 100 children under the care of DIF (National System for Integral Family Development)
- Supporting AMANC (Association of Children with Cancer) through a blood donation campaign
- Collecting donations through Telethon donation boxes to support children with disabilities
These initiatives reflect our ongoing dedication to making positive and meaningful contributions to both society and the environment.
Diversity and Inclusion
TecTriu’s sustainability journey is not only about environmental stewardship but also about building a workplace where diversity thrives. Guided by values of equality, integrity, respect, and cohesion, we uphold equal opportunity practices across all facilities.
In 2025, women represented 52.3% of our workforce, marking the second consecutive year in which women formed the majority. This reflects TecTriu’s commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace where talent, capability, and equal opportunity are valued across all functions and levels. At the same time, 24.3% of employees were under 30 years old, reflecting our commitment to nurturing young talent and fostering intergenerational collaboration.
Continuous learning also remained a priority, with total training hours increasing by 17.6% compared with the previous year. At TecTriu, our people are more than employees; they are family.
Through our continuous investment in their growth and development, we seek to cultivate an environment where every individual feels valued, empowered, and inspired to contribute to our shared success.
Shaping the Future Responsibly
The story of 2025 is ultimately about progress powered by innovation, strengthened by collaboration, and guided by responsibility. Yet, sustainability is not defined by a single year of achievements. It is a long-term commitment that continues to shape how TecTriu grows and creates value.
As we move forward, we remain focused on accelerating our transition to a lower-carbon future. By 2030, we aim to:
- Reduce Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 30% compared with our 2023 baseline
- Improve overall energy efficiency by 10%
- Transition our operations to 100% renewable electricity.
Following the completion of our first Scope 3 assessment in 2025, we are also working toward establishing dedicated Scope 3 reduction targets by 2028.
Design for Sustainability and circularity will continue to guide our approach to product development and operations. Through Ecodesign solutions, we seek to support customers in adopting more sustainable material alternatives while advancing our ambition of zero waste to landfill and expanding the use of responsibly sourced packaging materials.
As we build the next chapter of our journey, we remain committed to creating sustainable value for our stakeholders and future generations.
